Savory glutinous rice wrapped and steamed in lotus leaf was a must-try dim sum. Steamed fragrant goodness of glutinous rice with abalone, salted egg yolk, mushrooms, and chicken thigh meat for different textures, the rice was not oily nor dry. The combination of the different ingredients gave it a very complex yet harmonious flavor profile, the end result was delicious.
